View from street level
It was not the sunny day I had hoped for. The sky was overcast, with the sun peeping through only momentarily. I decided to go ahead, anyway, with my plan to photograph the old railroad bridge, which had long interested me.
Built in 1936, it continues to support a huge volume of motor vehicle traffic (although it's badly in need of routine maintenance). I know, I know the railroad runs under it. To my mind, however, it’s still a railroad bridge.
