Artificial intelligence is in the news. There's a great deal of discussion about AI-generated images. Will they replace traditional photographs,with all the opportunities for mischief that would present? In the interest of full disclosure, I will report that I use AI-powered tools to spruce up my photos. In these two photos, for example, I used them to separate the subject from the background, by adjusting tonal values. These tools do not let me add something the camera did not record, nor would I ever be inclined to do.
