Riverfest usually begins on Friday evening with a musical performance, and continues with a panoply of other events on Saturday. This year the festival was moved from June to August in deference to the pandemic. Early on Friday afternoon, I took an exploratory walk along the riverfront to check on preparations, but found only canoes and kayaks for rent. I hope to post two more photographic reports—for Friday evening and Saturday events respectively.
