Rock bands blaring, food trucks peddling snacks, craftspeople offering their wares for sale, demonstrators showing kids how things work—all add up to a good time for Waltham residents on the banks of the Charles River.
This year, the annual event was unusually crowded, with the visitors frenetically milling about. I found it difficult to approach the task in any deliberate way, so I just started shooting, directing my camera at points of interest and hoping for the best. These photos are the result. I hope you enjoy viewing them as much as I did taking them.
