It was an unusually bright day. I was able to tame some of the intense light in the photo editor. But my main interest that day was to capture the common gestures, expressions and body language that so typically reveal what people are thinking and feeling. What I like to call the "little stories." It’s the hardest thing to do in street photography. But it’s what makes the genre, at its best, unique and appealing.
